Last week RefriApp carried out a Flushing R&AC circuit service on two 32kW ARWN-320 LG HVAC VRF condensing systems where their heat exchangers got communicated. These R410A installations were placed in Barcelona and Reus, respectively. The first one had 7 indoor terminal units 50m in length and, the second one had 9 indoor terminal units 120m in length.
In the flushing process was used 10 kg of R407C, for the installation from Barcelona, and 50kg of the same refrigerant, for the one from Reus, which were recovered afterwards for its later use.
Using our patented system, the whole installation got clean and dry from water, acids moisture, oils and other contaminants with complete garantee. In this 2-day-operation, the client could avoid the whole installation disposal, after removing all water from inside with the unique HVAC and Refrigeration cleaning system,Fri3Oil System.
Last week RefriApp carried out a practical training course of our R&CA circuits and refrigerant gases cleaning system, Fri3Oil System, in a company from Madrid dedicated to repair refrigeration systems in road transports, Carrier and Thermo King brands mainly.
The refrigeration systems had their burned compressors which initially were to be replaced without cleaning the circuits. They worked in a corrosive environment and/or low lubricity which ended up deteriorated in a few months, beginning the cycle again.
In a standard cleaning, with only 2 or 3 flushing cycles using Fri3Oil System, you can completely clean the circuit, working it automatically and in less than 1 hour of time.
With the acquisition of our system and with the training course received, until now the company will make preventive cleanings to ensure that the system is clean and acid-free environment, avoiding forming the periodic replacement of damaged compressors. So far today, they could not perform cleaning circuit and consequently they could not guarantee their interventions to change refrigerant or compressors of their customers. Most of them, by this circumstance, caused refrigerant leaks in the system in order to avoid having to pay the fees for destruction of the refrigerant replaced.
By using Fri3OilSystem, they can now perform flushing services, recycle contaminated refrigerant or replace and re-use it, carry out the work to its customers with timely guarantee and besides all this, avoid release huge amounts of refrigerant to the atmosphere.

The work consisted in flushing the chiller to dry up humidity, oils, acids and contaminant to finally make a retrofit to R438A with all warranties of the components of the chiller.
In the flushing process was used 40 kg of refrigerant which was recovered afterwards for its later use.

Last week we flushed a supermarket in Madrid. Due to the rack change, we are cleaning using our patented machine Fri3Oil System, the pipeline and terminal units, in order to remove acids and oil and retrofit to R134a.
One of our last cleaning services with our HVAC and refrigeration system flushing machine, Fri3Oil System, took place in Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona). We flushed two Daikin VRV outdoor systems, REYQ16M8W1B model, and 19 terminal units, which were operating with R410A refrigerant gas. During the process we used 240kg of R407c gas, once carried out the work, was recovered from the facility in order to reuse it in following cleaning services.
Thanks to our patented machine Fri3Oil System, the unique HVAC and refrigeration system flushing machine, this facility is now oil-free, pollutant and acids free.
RefriApp ha realizado esta semana en un clínica de Madrid, España, la limpieza de una sistema Hitachi VRV que había quemado un compresor por acidez.
En primer lugar, conectamos una de nuestras máquinas patentadas Fri3Oil Sytem en la instalación recuperando y reciclando, en menos de 30 minutos, todo el refrigerante R410A que contenía la instalación. A continuación, utilizando refrigerante R407c, se realizó el proceso de limpieza con objeto de extraer todo el aceite contaminado e impurezas del sistema.
Tras dos jornadas de trabajo utilizando dos máquinas Fri3Oil System, una para la unidad exterior y otra para las nueve unidades interiores, se extrajo hasta la última gota de aceite e impurezas dejando el sistema en perfecto estado para su uso.
Con esta limpieza nuestro cliente, el mantenedor de la instalación, puede darle garantía absoluta al propietario de que ésta funcionará sin problemas de contaminación.
RefriApp flushed a Mitsubishi H.I. VRV system with 14 terminal units using the HVAC and refrigeration circuits cleaning system, Fri3Oil System, in Madrid, where a compressor were burnt by acidity.
RefriApp technical staff was flushing AC units of a server room in Madrid, Spain, using HVAC and refrigeration cleaning machine Fri3Oil System.
In this occasion, RefriApp has flushed a A49480 Stulz precision unit in order to retrofit from R22 to R407C. This task has carried out by Fri3Oil System. R&CA circuits and refrigerant gases cleaning system, unique in the market worldwide.
El equipo técnico de RefriApp ha realizado un retrofit de R22 a R407C en la provincia de Huelva, España. Dicho retrofit se ha llevado a cabo con el sistema de limpieza de circuitos frigoríficos y reciclaje de gases refrigerantes líder en el mercado, Fri3Oil System. Se trata de una enfriadora Climaveneta de 120Kw con dos circuitos con compresores scroll de Bristol.
Antes de la operación de retrofit, se realizó un análisis del rendimiento del equipo trabajando con R22, con el sistema analizador del rendimiento energético de las instalaciones frigoríficas, Climacheck. Cuando el retrofit finalizó, se hizo otro análisis para comprobar la mejora energética, gracias a la limpieza interna de los intercambiadores de calor.
