Last Friday March 18 at the RefriApp facilities in Viator (Almería), took place the celebration of second specific training course with our technology, Fri3Oil System. This time, the event was focused on Cleaning R&AC circuits on refrigerated transport.
This training, which was attended byspecialized technicians in the refrigerated transport was divided into two parts; the first one was focused on the fundamentals of oils and refrigerant gases, physical principles on which bases its operation Fri3Oil System and internal operation processes of this unique technology in the worldwide market.

The second part of the event, on this occasion a fully practical session, it focused on flushing a SBII Thermo King unit operating with R413A.
Fri3Oil System is the only fully automatic HVACR circuit cleaning system in the world market 100% effective. It is registered exclusively by RefriApp, and it allows oils removal, acids, water and other substances of any HVAC and Refrigeration system using halocarbon gases, CFCs, HCFCs & HFCs, and recycling of these gases.
This System utilises the existing system refrigerant for cleansing without any need for other consumables / cleansing agents, tha might otherwise be harmful to the refrigeration plant.

Last Friday March 11 at the RefriApp facilities in Viator (Almería), took place the celebration of flooded water chillers cleaning with Fri3Oil System training course.

This event, which was attended by businessmen and technicians from different regions of Spain was divided into two training days; the first one was focused on the fundamentals of oils and refrigerant gases, physical principles on which bases its operation Fri3Oil System and internal operation processes of this unique technology in the worldwide market. In addition to this first practice, it was performed a R&AC circuit with contaminated oil flushing practice.
The second training day, on this occasion a fully practical session, it focused on flushing a flooded water chiller. Specifically, a 18,40kW Saunier Duval Mod. SDHA 30 chiller with heat pump, operating with R407C.

Last Friday 22 RefriApp held Fri3Oil System training course for flushing HVAC and Refrigeration circuits and recycling of refrigerants.
This course, taught by Technical Manager Paco García-León, took place on RefriApp facilities and focused on the fundamentals of oils and refrigerant gases, principles of operation, how to clean with our system and the different work strategies depending on the characteristics of the installation to be cleaned.
After a break for lunch, a flushing practice of a RAC circuit containing contaminated POE oil was carried out.
This course is included in the full Training Program that RefriApp offered throughout this year 2016, about the special applications for HVAC and Refrigeration systems which the company manufactures and distributes.
The next scheduled event is International ClimaCheck Training Course which will be held April 14-15 in Madrid.

RefriApp held ClimaCheck training course on monitoring energy efficiency of HVAC & Refrigeration systems.
The course, taught by technical manager Paco García-León, took place at RefriApp facilities on january 18 and aims at revising the ClimaCheck hardware and software basic concepts, how to use and interpret the results and how to create standard systems reports plus other features of this tool, a leader in the HVACR industry.
This course is included in the full training program that RefriApp offered throughout this year 2016, about the special applications for HVAC and refrigeration systems which the company manufactures and distributes.

Last week RefriApp carried out a practical training course of our R&CA circuits and refrigerant gases cleaning system, Fri3Oil System, in a company from Madrid dedicated to repair refrigeration systems in road transports, Carrier and Thermo King brands mainly.
The refrigeration systems had their burned compressors which initially were to be replaced without cleaning the circuits. They worked in a corrosive environment and/or low lubricity which ended up deteriorated in a few months, beginning the cycle again.
In a standard cleaning, with only 2 or 3 flushing cycles using Fri3Oil System, you can completely clean the circuit, working it automatically and in less than 1 hour of time.
With the acquisition of our system and with the training course received, until now the company will make preventive cleanings to ensure that the system is clean and acid-free environment, avoiding forming the periodic replacement of damaged compressors. So far today, they could not perform cleaning circuit and consequently they could not guarantee their interventions to change refrigerant or compressors of their customers. Most of them, by this circumstance, caused refrigerant leaks in the system in order to avoid having to pay the fees for destruction of the refrigerant replaced.
By using Fri3OilSystem, they can now perform flushing services, recycle contaminated refrigerant or replace and re-use it, carry out the work to its customers with timely guarantee and besides all this, avoid release huge amounts of refrigerant to the atmosphere.

Members of the RefriApp technical team is attending the ClimaCheck Advanced Level training course. This course is aimed for different companies and distributors of ClimaCheck and is being provided by engineers of the Swedish company moved to Portugal.
This event is taking place on the facilities of Linha Total, distributor of our technology, located in Vila Nova de Gaia, Porto.

Students of “La Juaida” Training Centre from Junta of Andalusia, more specifically of the “Installation and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems” course run by Jesús Parrilla, Engineer from ACE Servicios Energéticos and Albedo Solar companies, attended the New Technologies Seminar organized by RefriApp.
The event was held on Friday, October 23 at the facilities of this engineering company and served to inform students about the special applications for the maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems which RefriApp manufactures and distributes worldwide.
In the first part of this event, Nando Gutierrez, General Manager, after welcoming the participants and summarize the details of the seminar, presented the lines of business of the company.
Then Alfredo Sánchez-Gimeno, Innovation and Business Development Manager, detailed the ultrasonic technology for leak location, Ultraprobe 100kit1, that RefriApp offers exclusively for the refrigeration sector.
Finally, the Technical Director, Paco García-León, accompanied by Javier Martin, Head of Manufacturing, made a technical and practice presentation about Fri3Oil System.
Tras la exitosa presentación en Madrid el pasado mes de abril del sistema de medición inalámbrico Metreco, RefriApp realizará otro seminario idéntico en Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona,concretamente en el hotel NH Porta Barcelona, el próximo viernes día 15 de mayo.
Metreco es un analizador digital inalámbrico que mide y registra los datos críticos del sistema frigorífico en tiempo real, incluido el COP.
La jornada técnica, completamente gratuita, comenzará a las 9:30 horas y finalizará aproximadamente a las 14:30 horas, con una pausa para café a media mañana. Habrá una sesión teórica y una parte práctica en la enfriadora del hotel, en la que compararemos los resultados de Metreco con los de Climacheck para poder cotejar ambas herramientas.
El número máximo de asistentes al evento será de 20 personas.
