RefriApp tiene el orgullo de presentar hoy a nivel mundial su nuevo modelo del sistema de limpieza de circuitos frigoríficos WAT! Water Advance Treatment en su stand 8/8-207.

Este nuevo modelo es una evolución del exitoso Fri3Oil System V.E.A.3 con múltiples mejoras encaminadas a un manejo más sencillo, intuitivo y automático así como mejorar, de manera destacable, las limpiezas de equipos inundados de agua pero siempre manteniendo la esencia del modelo anterior.

Los principales cambios saltan a la vista: todos los mandos están ahora agrupados en la pantalla táctil de equipo, eliminando elementos auxiliares como controlador, termostato o manómetros.

La mirilla de control está ahora junto a la pantalla táctil  y dispone de iluminación haciendo su lectura mucho más fácil, se han eliminado las válvulas manuales siendo ahora todas automáticas. Además se ha actualizado el diseño de colores e indicaciones exterior.

En el interior se ha modificado desde cero el software que la controla cambiando el PLC y la pantalla táctil, más potentes,  pudiendo añadir sensores analógicos que permiten mejorar la automatización de la máquina y hacerla más sencilla de uso y fiable.

Se ha añadido una nueva función de Hot-Gas que permite la limpieza de circuitos inundados de agua pudiendo derretir cualquier bloqueo de hielo al instante. Esta nueva función es la que da nombre a esta versión WAT! Water Advance Treatment ya que mejora de manera notable las limpiezas con agua.

El sistema saldrá a la venta a partir del próximo 01 de Noviembre pero podrá conocerlo en nuestro stand de Chillventa durante estos días.

En próximas fechas actualizaremos nuestra web con todos los datos de este nuevo modelo que sustituye al anterior.

RefriApp also has its own representation at the fair in order to support the dealer.

“Business Edge Ltd has been using the Fri3Oil technology for several years now on applications where flushing of either complete systems or systems section has been an essential requirement to exceptionally high levels of cleanliness so as to remove all traces or original / corrupted oil, acid, particulates and so on. Indeed, the Fri3Oil machine has also enables us to remove substantial quantities of water from systems, including compressor crankcases, where the evaporator on waters chillers has frozen and fractured, thereby allowing the chilled water system to flood the refrigeration circuit.

The Fri3Oil machine recovers refrigerant in liquid form at around 3/4 kg per minute into recovery cylinders and this saves an enormous amount of time, especially on those refrigeration and A/C systems where a refrigerant charge of up to 500kg may be involved, this otherwise taking days to remove. Having applied the Fri3Oil machine to a project where it is either necessary to remove all traces of mineral oil in readiness for the injection of synthetic oil when replacing the original refrigerant with a new refrigerant type, or where a system is corrupted with acid, the process delivers clean recycled refrigerant, a thoroughly clean system with all the contaminants neatly stored in a vessel for easy disposal.

Where acid formation within a system has occurred, leading to compressor motor burnout, failure to remove all traces of acid and particulates from the failed compressor motor windings nearly always leads to subsequent failure of the motor within the new replacement compressor, Consequently, it is essential to use the Fri3Oil technology to ensure an absolutely clean system before executing repairs, especially where compressor replacement following a burn out is necessary“.

Last week RefriApp carried out a Flushing R&AC circuit service on two 32kW ARWN-320 LG HVAC VRF condensing systems where their heat exchangers got communicated. These R410A installations were placed in Barcelona and Reus, respectively. The first one had 7 indoor terminal units 50m in length and, the second one had 9 indoor terminal units 120m in length.

In the flushing process was used 10 kg of R407C, for the installation from Barcelona, and 50kg of the same refrigerant, for the one from Reus, which were recovered afterwards for its later use.

Using our patented system, the whole installation got clean and dry from water, acids moisture, oils and other contaminants with complete garantee. In this 2-day-operation, the client could avoid the whole installation disposal, after removing all water from inside with the unique HVAC and Refrigeration cleaning system,Fri3Oil System.

Last week RefriApp carried out a practical training course of our R&CA circuits and refrigerant gases cleaning system, Fri3Oil System, in a company from Madrid dedicated to repair refrigeration systems in road transports, Carrier and Thermo King brands mainly.

The refrigeration systems had their burned compressors which initially were to be replaced without cleaning the circuits. They worked in a corrosive environment and/or low lubricity which ended up deteriorated in a few months, beginning the cycle again.

In a standard cleaning, with only 2 or 3 flushing cycles using Fri3Oil System, you can completely clean the circuit, working it automatically and in less than 1 hour of time.

With the acquisition of our system and with the training course received, until now the company will make preventive cleanings to ensure that the system is clean and acid-free environment, avoiding forming the periodic replacement of damaged compressors. So far today, they could not perform cleaning circuit and consequently they could not guarantee their interventions to change refrigerant or compressors of their customers. Most of them, by this circumstance, caused refrigerant leaks in the system in order to avoid having to pay the fees for destruction of the refrigerant replaced.

By using Fri3OilSystem, they can now perform flushing services, recycle contaminated refrigerant or replace and re-use it, carry out the work to its customers with timely guarantee and besides all this, avoid release huge amounts of refrigerant to the atmosphere.

The work consisted in flushing the chiller to dry up humidity, oils, acids and contaminant to finally make a retrofit to R438A with all warranties of the components of the chiller.

In the flushing process was used 40 kg of refrigerant which was recovered afterwards for its later use.

Using our patented system, the whole installation got clean and dry from water, moisture, acids, oils and other contaminants.

In this 2-day-operation, the client could avoid the whole installation disposal, since both compressors were recovered after removing all water from inside with the unique HVAC and refrigeration cleaning system, Fri3Oil System.

One of our last cleaning services with our HVAC and refrigeration system flushing machine, Fri3Oil System, took place in Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona). We flushed two Daikin VRV outdoor systems, REYQ16M8W1B model, and 19 terminal units, which were operating with R410A refrigerant gas. During the process we used 240kg of R407c gas, once carried out the work, was recovered from the facility in order to reuse it in following cleaning services.

Thanks to our patented machine Fri3Oil System, the unique HVAC and refrigeration system flushing machine, this facility is now oil-free, pollutant and acids free.

RefriApp ha realizado esta semana en un clínica de Madrid, España, la limpieza de una sistema Hitachi VRV que había quemado un compresor por acidez.

En primer lugar, conectamos una de nuestras máquinas patentadas Fri3Oil Sytem en la instalación recuperando y reciclando, en menos de 30 minutos, todo el refrigerante R410A que contenía la instalación. A continuación, utilizando refrigerante R407c, se realizó el proceso de limpieza con objeto de extraer todo el aceite contaminado e impurezas del sistema.

Tras dos jornadas de trabajo utilizando dos máquinas Fri3Oil System, una para la unidad exterior y otra para las nueve unidades interiores, se extrajo hasta la última gota de aceite e impurezas dejando el sistema en perfecto estado para su uso.

Con esta limpieza nuestro cliente, el mantenedor de la instalación, puede darle garantía absoluta al propietario de que ésta funcionará sin problemas de contaminación.
