RefriApp attended a case study about refrigerant gases in The Eraiken Center from Vitoria

The Construction and Energy Efficiency Eraiken Center in Vitoria lead a pioneering project in Spain in order to compare the performance of 10 types of refrigerant gases that are used in industrial, commercial and automotive sectors.

Eraiken informed of this initiative that will take place over the next year, which will begin next Monday, October 5 with making cameras and testing laboratories.

The main goal is to analyze the performance of ten types of refrigerant gases, among which are the new environmentally friendly refrigerants, intended to replace those currently used in industry, commerce or in vehicles.

As reported by the Integrated Training Center, the launch of the project was agreed yesterday during a conference that met in Vitoria to major Spanish HVAC producers and installers, which agreed on the types of gases, methodology and protocols to be followed in this case study testing.

All processes will be monitored and the results, partial and final, will be analyzed by the participating entities, which will share the conclusions with the companies.

Whe the case study finishes, the results will be published in the technical journal of the National Confederation of Installers, CNI, distributed 10,000 Spanish companies in the cooling sector.

Besides the CNI, leading global distributors of refrigeration components (Danfoss and Pecomark), manufacturers of refrigerant gases (Chemours, Honeywell), distributors (Gas Servei, Gastenor, Friogas, Air Products and Eurocardis), and refrigeration and metrology companies (Frinsa and RefriApp) will participate in this project. Pawel Sroczyński: “Thanks to Fri3Oil System we achieved 71% energy consumption drop”

Pawel Sroczyński: “Thanks to Fri3Oil System we achieved 71% energy consumption drop”

“We have been using F3Oil machine for 3 years. Mostly for VRF systems and split type units. We have seen in practice the efficiency and reliability of this technology. We’ve been truly positively surprised to see how pure the system can be after using the machine. We even had one case study with a renewal technology. We replaced the old R22 VRF System with the new R410A VRF Panasonic system. The Panasonic Inc. suggested that by replacing the old system and by using only oil filters( to recover old oils) we can expect the energy consumption drop by over 30%. Guess what ..? We used the Fri3Oil machine and achieved 71% energy consumption drop compared to the previous system”.

Bilbao hosted the presentation of RefriApp HVAC monitoring technologies

This time Bilbao was the city chosen to present the wireless digital analyzer Metreco, manufactured by Panimpex, as well as other special technologies for the maintenance of refrigeration systems which RefriApp manufactures and distributesThe event, held on Friday 18th September at the NH La Avanzada Hotel, attended by technicians and specialists in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector, who showed a great interest about the latest technologies on the market.

The seminar was divided, like the preceding developed in Madrid and Barcelona, into a theorical session and a practical session at the hotel’s water chiller .

In the first part of the event, Nando Gutiérrez, General Manager of RefriApp, after welcoming the participants and summarize the details of the seminar, he made a presentation of the Refriapp main lines business, including its products and services.

Then, the Technical Manager of RefriApp, Paco Garcia, made a technical introduction of the Metreco system. A wireless digital analyzer that measures and records real-time critical data of the refrigeration systems, including the COP.
